At Quality Control NDT S.A., we ensure the reliability of your equipment at every stage: pre-manufacturing inspection, expertise for commissioning, or audit of existing installations. Non-destructive testing (NDT)
We inspect your raw materials and finished parts, whether new or in service, using the NDT method best suited to current requirements. Our inspections cover a wide range of materials: forged, cast, and machined metals, composites, finished parts and assemblies.
Mechanical testing
We carry out mechanical testing to assess the strength and reliability of your materials: tensile testing, bend testing, flatwise tensile testing, hardness testing and strength analysis, fatigue testing, creep testing, hardness measurement. These controls enable you to anticipate possible failures and optimize the design and durability of your components.
Technical expertise
Our experts analyze failure mechanisms and identify their causes: failure of metal, plastic, ceramic, or composite parts. We also investigate corrosion and wear phenomena, offering you a precise diagnosis to improve the reliability and longevity of your equipment.

Level 3 Service
We can help you prepare your customer or Nadcap audits. From the definition of NDT processes to the implementation of your own internal control system, we can advise you to guarantee optimum compliance and increased efficiency of your non-destructive testing.
Support
Training and examination of NDT inspectors
As an accredited training and examination center, we train and certify NDT inspectors to EN 4179, NAS 410 and SNT-TC-1A. Our training courses, recognized by the EASA and the Swiss NANDT Board, CH-NANDTb, guarantee a high level of competence and perfect mastery of control techniques.
